Motor trade jobs in the UK – strategies to finding the best auto company to work for

Finding jobs in the UK has never been easier, with the advent of such great agencies that specializes not only in automotive jobs, but in motor trade jobs too. Agencies like Perfect Placement and a job site like Ried etc, are bound to help job seekers find the roles they are looking for within the auto employment market. With the recession being on, we hear that all the industry sectors are subdued, but hold on – just in the news yesterday on BBC, BMW, owner of Rolls Royce has recorded record sales! Yes, the highest level of sales ever! Audi has recorded record sales thanks to its market in China. Yes, companies like Toyota are having a tough time of it, but that is more to do with internal politics and safety call backs. Granted, the European markets are not as vibrant as those in china and India, but then should you not be looking for a job in company that sells to the growing economies?

So above I mentioned Rolls Royce, the iconic top end car maker, now under BMW is thriving – which shows a couple of things – there is plenty of money out there and the rich are spending, secondly, the UK car manufacturing industry is capable of making cars and money under the right management. The other point to make is that mini is also doing very well – in 2010 its market sales increased by over 10% with over 43k units sold. Admittedly, this was partly to do with the Car scrapping scheme by the government, but how about the fact the UK automotive sector is on the up too? If you are from the automotive sector or the motor trade jobs sector take heart from what is happening here and now. There are jobs in automotive to be had. Motor trade jobs are doing okay too. You just need to work a little harder with your job search, register with the few more job sites and recruitment agencies and apply for a few more automotive jobs or motor trade jobs and you will find that either hirers or recruiters will get in contact and they will get back to you. Take heat my fellow auto enthusiasts!
